If you are planning to have 50-60 guests at your City Hall wedding, fourth floor gallery is the perfect place because there is ample room there. But if you only have your kids and a close friend in attendance, fourth floor gallery is great too. You will have privacy, views of the entire building, and spectacular photo opportunities! You have to pay extra to rent the gallery, but, in my opinion, it's so worth it!
